Light Path offer three customizable office or home-based services that can be used together or separately to meet your goals.  

Yoga opens and strengthens the body, cultivating balance and awareness while quieting the mind.  Mindfulness meditation exercises help us develop even greater self-awareness and the ability to exist in the present moment, which holds the secrets to our well-being.  Eating optimally nourishes the brain and body, keeping us out of dis-ease and experiencing instead, mental clarity and sustained energy. 

Whether you're focused on lifestyle, diet, stress management, emotional well-being or healing your body, Light Path can guide the way forward with a customized practice that will become all your own.  

When we work together, it’s all about you and your personal path.  Your program will be designed to meet you where you’re at. My goal is to co-create with you a self-care practice you love and that feeds your spirit.  This is where the transformation begins.    

To get the most out of your practice, programs are structured in 8 or 12 week blocks so real progress can be made.  Yoga, meditation and nutrition may be integrated into one program or scheduled separately. Yoga Instruction 

One of the most common integrative medicine modalities is yoga. Why? Because it works.

A regular yoga practice reduces mental and physical stress, helping the body rest and recover.  Yoga also improves mental concentration, creativity, decision-making and alertness.  Yoga relieves neck and back pain, sleep disturbances and injuries related to repetitive motion.  We take an intelligent and therapeutic approach to sequencing postures and modifying for what is most appropriate for our clients.  

Working in partnership with West Coast Yoga & Sports Therapy and the Zen Den, we offer:

On-site Corporate Yoga Classes

We love bringing yoga to the workplace!  There are so many benefits to the individual and company making Yoga is an excellent investment in your team's success.  Working with your staff, I will develop a customized practice to best suit your group's ability and needs.  You provide the space to practice - conference room, rooftop, large office, courtyard or gym - and students bring their own mats and props.  

Initial corporate commitments are approximately $1,500 for 12 weeks..

On-site Private and Small Group

Private and small group instruction allows us to devote special attention to students, assisting them in finding proper alignment and technique for a safe and healing practice.  If you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or deepening your practice, we look forward to working with you.

We bring the practice to your home, park or preferred studio space.  Students provide their own mats and props.  Initial commitments are for either 8 or 12 weeks.  Please contact for rates.  Package pricing is available. 

Mindfulness Meditation

The answers we seek are never found outside of ourselves, but sometimes we need help turning inward in order to hear them.

We are constantly receiving important messages in the form of thoughts, feelings, images and sensations, but we often miss them. Meditation is simply training the mind to identify these messengers and welcome them into our awareness more fully.

Nothing is more powerful for shifting habits, beliefs and negative emotions, directing you back to what is real and into alignment with who you truly are – an infinitely harmonious, loving and present being.

iRest Yoga Nidra

This system of mindfulness meditation – known as "sleep of the yogi" – puts the body in a complete state of relaxation in order to develop attention training, deep self-awareness and loving acceptance of what is. The result is awakening to our True Nature and experiencing sustained feelings of well-being and joy, as well as the empowerment to respond to whatever arises in life.

iRest is highly effective in healing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic pain, insomnia, depression and anxiety.  The practice can be done in a group or one-on-one setting, and ultimately becomes a protocol that can be done anywhere at anytime.

Your Holistic Kitchen

Come on, let’s eat!  Our nutrition and culinary services offer a fun, effective approach to shaking up your kitchen routine, cleaning up your diet and eating well, meal after meal.  Services are available for corporate and individual clients. 

How you feed your body dictates your energy levels, mood, hormone and brain function and maintenance of a healthy body weight. With so much information out there about micronutrients, Superfood ingredients and the latest fad diets, it’s hard to know what to eat.

Keep it simple and tasty. Together we will create a plan to clean up your eating habits and incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and healthy fats into your daily routine.  We will also discuss food combining - how you group food items together in a meal - as an important aspect of maximizing your body’s ability to digest and assimilate nutrients.
